自调整精确焊缝跟踪模糊控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种用于焊缝跟踪的步进电机模糊控制系统的结构、组成和模糊控制的实际算法,该系统无需建立被控对象的精确数学模型,能够根据跟踪偏差进行参数自调整,并做出模糊推理和判断,校正步进电机驱动系统非线性造成的较大跟踪偏差,实现自适应的最优化控制,改善步进驱动系统的动静态特性,提高焊缝跟踪的精度。

Abstract:The structure,constitute and practicality arithmetic of fuzzy control about a fuzzy control system applied on stepping motor for seam tracking is introduced in the paper. This system needn't set up precise math model for controlled object and can adjust parameter by itself according to tracking warp. In addition,it can make out fuzzy reasoning and estimation. This system can revise track warp from nonlinear of stepping-motor drive system and realize adaptive optimize control. What's more,this system can improve the characteristic of dynamic and static state of stepping driving system according to the greater tracking warp. The accuracy of seam tracking is enhanced obviously.
