电弧传感式埋弧焊焊缝跟踪系统的信号处理

摘    要:针对电弧传感式埋弧焊焊缝自动跟踪过程中输出焊接电流波形中夹杂的干扰谐波和噪声,在硬件电路方面设计了一有源二阶带通滤波器进行滤波,并结合AD采样中的最大数平均值替代法对电流信号进行加工处理,较好地保证了跟踪的实现,提高了跟踪精度。

Abstract:During the process of the auto weld tracking of the arc-sensor type in SAW,the output of welding current is mixed up with a lot of interfereing waves and noises.As to hardware circuit,an active two-step band pass filter is designed to filter the wave.The substituting method of the maximum average value in the AD(Analog to Digital) sampling is also adopted to handle the electric current signal,ensuring the realization of the tracking properly and improving the tracking accuracy.
