摘    要:介绍内啮合渐开线齿轮泵的结构原理,从减小功率损失的角度出发,利用最优化设计理论、径向间隙泄漏理论和缝隙流量理论对内啮合渐开线齿轮泵小齿轮齿顶与月牙板间的间隙进行优化研究,推导出间隙优化模型,并求出最佳间隙解.

Abstract:The structure and principle of internal involute gear pump were introduced.In purpose of reducing the power loss,the optimal gap between small gear's addendum and crescent shaped link of the internal involute gear pump was researched,by using the optimization theory and method,the radial gap leakage theory and the gap flow theory.The mathematical model of the optimal gap was concluded,and the optimal gap was calculated.
