摘    要:对球墨铸铁熔覆青铜合金粉末的工艺进行了研究。通过熔覆试验和金相组织分析,获得了最佳工艺参数。磨损试验表明,液压泵缸体配流面的激光熔覆层满足使用要求。

Abstract:Laser cladding bronze alloy process on the surface of nodular cast iron was studied. The optimal technological parameter was obtained by laser cladding experiment and metallographic structure analysis. The result of abrasion - resistant experiment shows that the laser cladding layer is satisfactory.
