| 摘 要： | 介绍轮毂冲头安装模的加工技术要求,分析该零件的形状特点以及加工过程中定位、装夹的难点并提出对策。制订详细的加工工序并采用五轴加工技术完成了该零件的加工。

| Abstract: | The processing technology requirements for mounting base of hub punch were described.The shape characteristics,the difficulties of positioning and clamping in processing were analyzed.Then a series of measures to solve the above problems were proposed.Detailed NC manufacturing processes were developed and the part was processed by five-axis machining technology. |
