MATLAB的数控机床模糊免疫PID控制仿真研究

摘    要:应用免疫反馈系统的原理和模糊控制理论,在传统PID控制基础上设计出一种模糊免疫自适应PID控制器,运用模糊免疫PID控制,通过模糊控制规则对PID参数进行实时修改,使系统具有较好的自适应能力;并基于MATLAB环境下对数控机床伺服系统进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明,在外界干扰和系统工况发生变化时,此控制器具有很好的快速响应特性和较高的鲁棒性。

Abstract:A kind of fuzzy- immune -PID controller by combining the principium of immune feedback system and the theory of fuzzy controlling was designed. Fuzzy - immune - PID controller possesses better self - adaptation and can adjust PID parameters on line according to the fuzzy control rules. The dynamic imitation of the servo system of the NC machine tool based on MATLAB was processed. Simulation results show the controller achieves better performance than classic one, and with strong robustness especially in the circumstance of foreign disturbance and work condition variations.
