一种可精确控制位移量的牵引电磁铁的研制

摘    要:所研制的牵引电磁铁由单片机控制电路和电磁驱动机构等组成。其控制电路包括信号采集电路、单片机以及功率放大驱动电路;电磁驱动机构类似普通电磁铁,但是在衔铁上设置了多个等间距的检测孔,用以实时检测衔铁的运行速度。该系统以用户要求的运动参数作为闭环控制对象,可以使被牵引物体获得精确的运动速度,进而可以对被牵引物体实现精确定位。
