对精密离心机转速波动量的理论分析

摘    要:精密离心机输出转速的波动量决定了其过载输出不确定度。因此,如何控制精密离心机输出转速的波动量是实现设计指标的前提条件。以MATLAB/Simulink软件建立的精密离心机数学仿真模型为基础,结合JML-150G、JML-100J等型号精密离心机的实验结果,对影响精密离心机输出转速波动量的各种因素如测速误差、扰动扭矩等进行了理论分析,得到了转速波动量的定量计算公式,并通过实验验证了所得结论。研究结果为定量设计精密离心机的转速指标奠定了基础。

Theoretical Analysis of the Precision Centrifuge Speed Fluctuation Quantity
Abstract:The rotational speed fluctuation of precision centrifuge determines its overload output uncertainty.Therefore,how to control the rotational speed fluctuation quantity of precision centrifuge is the precondition to realize its design index.Based on the mathematical simulation model of the precision centrifuge which was established by MATLAB/Simulink software,combining with the experimental results of JML 150G,JML 100J and other types of precision centrifuges,the effects of various factors such as the speed measuring error and the disturbance torque on the rotational speed fluctuation of precision centrifuge were analyzed.The quantitative calculation formulas of rotational speed fluctuation quantity were obtained,and the conclusion was verified by experiment.The results of this study lay foundation to quantitative design of precision centrifuge speed indicator.
