基于ABAQUS的螺栓连接结合面仿真与研究

摘    要:利用ABAQUS软件对螺栓连接结合面进行建模仿真和模态分析,分别对预紧力、连接单元和绑定等3种模型进行仿真分析,并建立螺栓连接试件模态实验进行实验研究。通过验证对比可知,每一种建模方式均能仿真得出螺栓连接试件各阶模态的振型和固有频率,均有各自的误差和模型特点,分别适用于不同的设备机构和环境。验证了各种建模方式对螺栓连接结合面仿真的准确合理性,为以后螺栓连接结合面尤其在数控刀架领域建模仿真方法的选择提供参考。

Simulation and Research of Bolted Joint Surface Based on ABAQUS
Abstract:ABAQUS software was used for modeling simulation and modal analysis of bolted joint surface.Pre tightening force, connecting unit, binding and other seven models were simulated and analyzed,and the modal experiment of bolt connector was established for experimental research. It can be seen from the verification comparison that each modeling method can be used to simulate the vibration mode and natural frequency of each order mode of bolt joint.They all have their own error and model characteristics, which are applicable to different equipment mechanisms and environments.It is proved that all kinds of modeling methods are accurate and reasonable for the simulation of bolted joint surface, which will provide reference especially in the field of NC tool holder for the selection of the simulation methods of bolted joint surface modeling in the future.
