摘    要:为降低炉内温度,建立冷却水平蛇形管的物理和数学模型,采用Flow Simulation软件对加热过程中冷却铜管温度进行数值模拟。结果表明:水平蛇形管中流体流动类型不同,对铜板壁的冷却效果也不同;由于蛇形管水平放置,冷却铜板四周温度较低,越靠近中心处温度越高;对单相工质水而言,水平蛇形管壁温度沿管长越来越高,但在弯头处略有下降,整体呈现上升的趋势,且壁温随流体流速的减小而增大,在低流速下壁温值增加更加明显。研究结果为实际应用提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to reduce the temperature in the furnace, the physical and mathematical model of the cooling horizontal coiled tube was established. Flow Simulation software was used to simulate the cooling copper tube in the heating process. The results show that different fluid flow types in horizontal coiled tube have different cooling effects on copper plate. As the coiled tube is placed horizontally, the temperature around the cooled copper plate is lower, and the temperature closer to the center is higher. For single phase working medium water, the wall temperature of the horizontal serpentine tube is increasing along the length of the tube, but it decreases slightly at the elbow, and shows an overall trend of rising. The wall temperature increases with the decrease of mass velocity, and the wall temperature increases more obviously at lower mass velocity. The research results provide reference for practical application
