摘    要:为了研究阀泵联合控制的液压机主液压缸动态性能和稳态定位精度问题,利用流量连续性方程、力平衡方程建立了液压机非对称主液压缸的数学模型;采用Simulink工具建立了系统的数值仿真模型,开展了比例控制与比例积分控制下系统动态与稳态特性的研究.仿真结果表明:采用该阀泵联合控制方案可以有效地对液压机主液压缸实施控制,运用PI控制可有效提高主液压缸定位精度,但也带来了小幅度振动.
