端面间隙对齿轮泵性能影响的数值模拟研究

摘    要:基于给定的不同端面间隙,利用动网格技术,对航空发动机润滑系统中的供油齿轮泵进行全三维非定常数值模拟研究,初步分析不同端面间隙对齿轮泵性能的影响规律.结果表明:在相同的转速条件下,随着端面间隙的增加,齿轮泵的容积效率明显下降,但流量脉动幅度未见显著变化;在相同的端面间隙条件下,随着转速的增加,齿轮泵的容积效率略有提高.

Abstract:Based on the assumed different end clearances,the influence of end clearance on the performance of an aero-engine lubrication oil gear pump was investigated numerically using dynamic mesh.The results show that the performance of gear pump is related with end clearance tightly.At the same rotation speed,the volumetric efficiency of gear pump is decreased obviously as a result of the increasing of end clearance.On the other hand,distinct variety of mass flow fluctuation range isn't observed.The volumetric eff...
