重型行走机械闭式液压驱动同步控制

摘    要:针对高速铁路建设项目中应用的某重型轮胎式行走机械在行走过程中存在前后车不同步的现象,分析了其泵控马达闭式液压驱动系统的特点及不同步的原因,总结了基于速度协同控制方法的不足,提出了基于前后车驱动力相协调的同步控制策略,并给出前后车驱动力之间的对应关系。在实车上对提出的同步控制策略进行了实验验证,结果表明:基于驱动力协调的同步控制方法可有效提升整车驱动性能,解决了前后车之间的不同步问题,为多驱动系统的重型轮胎式行走机械的同步控制提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Aimed at the driving asynchronism caused by difference of volumetric efficiency and properties of the driving units on heavy rubber-tyre type walking machine during walking process in the high-speed railway construction,the characteristics and reasons for asynchrony of the pump control motor hydraulic system are analyzed. The deficiencies of the control strategy were summarized based on speed synergy, and a control strategy was proposed based on driving force synergy of the front and rear vehicle and the congruent relationship was given between the driving force of the front and rear vehicle. Finally, the field tests were carried out to verify the control strategy.The results show that the control strategy based on the driving force synergy can effectively improve the driving performance of the whole vehicle, and solve the asynchrony problem between the front and rear vehicle, which provides a new idea for the synchronous control of the heavy tyre type walking machinery of the multi driving system.
