摘    要:网格质量和类型是影响双螺杆压缩机数值模拟的重要因素。基于国内外应用和研究现状,从网格质量的评价标准,探讨了非结构化网格以及结构化网格在双螺杆压缩机网格生成原理及各自优缺点,重点阐述了基于代数法生成转子端面和轴向网格的基本方法,以及转子网格生成中经常出现的问题。分别给出了基于Delaunay三角剖分生成的非结构化转子网格和基于代数法生成的结构化转子网格,从而为双螺杆压缩机转子划分以及选择转子网格类型提供了参考。

Abstract:The important factors, as types of grid and grid quality, have effecting the numerical simulation of twin screw compressor. Based on domestic and international application,research status and grid quality evaluation criteria, firstly the principle of generating unstructured grid and structured grid in twin screw compressor is discussed. Besides, their respective advantages and disadvantages are given. The basic method to generate the rotor end surface and three-dimensional(3 D) grid based on algebraic method generation as well as the problems that often appeared in the grid generation were emphasized in discussion. Finally, the generation of unstructured rotor grid based on Delaunay triangulation and structured rotor grid based on algebraic method were given. It provides a reference for meshing twin screw compressor rotor and selecting the rotor grid type.
