球轴承的摩擦系数分析

摘    要:运用接触力学与平衡原理,研究了球轴承的摩擦系数。分析了钢球直径、沟曲率半径系数、接触角与载荷对摩擦系数变化的影响。结果表明,摩擦系数随钢球直径的增加而减小;由于沟曲率半径系数变化范围很小,其对摩擦系数影响不显著;摩擦系数随接触角的增大而增加;随径向载荷的增大,摩擦系数增加。

Abstract:Based on the contact mechanics and equilibrium principle, the friction coefficient of ball bearings was studied. The effects of radius of balls, the factor of curvature difference, contact angle and radial load on friction coefficient were analyzed. The results indicate that the friction coefficient is less for the bearings with large balls, that the influence of the factor of curvature difference on friction coefficient is small because the variation of the factor of curvature difference is small, that the friction coefficient becomes larger for bearings with large contact angles, and that the friction coefficient is large as the radial load is heavy.
