摘    要:对于国内制造型企业而言,提高产品生产制程能力是形成企业核心竞争力的重要方法。在仿真试验平台TURN5DOE内,结合试验设计方法与Minitab软件,以TURN5DOE模拟制造青铜衬套的单点车床车削操作进行数据采样试验;以直径与表面粗糙度作为试验指标,以切削液、机台、刀鼻半径、进料率、切削速度作为影响因素,设计正交试验方案。通过仿真试验得出参数最佳组合,以提高企业生产控制系统的稳定性和生产能力。

Abstract:For domestic manufacturing enterprises, improving product manufacturing process capability is an important method to form their core competitiveness. In the simulation experiment platform TURN5DOE, using the design of experiment method and Minitab software, the single point lathe turning operation of the bronze bushing was simulated, the data sampling experiment was carried out; with the diameter and surface roughness as the experiment index, the cutting fluid, machine, nose radius, feed rate, and cutting speed were taken as the influencing factors to design an orthogonal experiment scheme. The optimum combination of the parameters is obtained through simulation experiments, to improve the stability and production capacity of production control system of enterprise.
