摘    要:采用热接触有限元分析方法对电主轴的温度场进行了分析,并且通过实验对有限元分析模型进行了校核和验证,提出了改善电主轴热态特性的措施,对改进措施的效果进行有限元分析,分析表明改进措施具有良好效果。分析了在油脂润滑和油-气润滑条件下电主轴温升所引起的的热变形,结果表明降低主轴温升对减小主轴的热变形具有明显效果。

Abstract:The temperature field of motorized spindle was analyzed by utilizing the thermal contact FEM,the FEA model was validated by experiment,and two measures were put forward to improve the thermal properties of motorized spindle.Reformative measures were analyzed respectively.The analysis result indicates the reformative measures are effective.The thermal deformation of motorized spindle under the conditions of grease lubrication and oil-air lubrication were analyzed,the analysis result indicates reducing the temperature rising can reduce the thermal deformation of motorized spindle obviously.
