基于SimHydraulics的某直升机液压系统故障仿真

摘    要:采用SimHydraulics软件构建某直升机液压系统单个助力器仿真模型。通过设置模型中液压元件的参数,模拟系统在不同故障状态下执行机构的运动和响应特性对飞行操纵的影响。仿真结果表明:所构建的模型能够较好地反映直升机液压操纵系统的工作状况;通过模拟故障仿真,飞行员可直观认识到不同的液压系统故障对直升机飞行操纵的影响程度,有助于提高飞行员对液压系统故障的应急处理能力。

Abstract:A single booster simulation model of a helicopter hydraulic system was constructed by using SimHydraulics.By setting the parameters of the hydraulic components in the model,the effects of the movement and response characteristics of the actuator on the helicopter flight control under different fault states were simulated.The simulation results show that the constructed model can better reflect the working status of the helicopter hydraulic control system.Through the fault simulation,the pilots can intuitively recognize the impact of different hydraulic system faults on the helicopter flight control,which is helpful to improve pilots’emergency handling ability of hydraulic system faults.
