摘    要:为了分析泵体径向变形对径向泄漏的影响,本文采用有限元方法(FEM)对齿轮泵的泵体及齿轮轴进行了静力分析,得到在3个典型温度下泵体与齿轮轴的变形情况;以有限元静力分析的结果为依据,进一步讨论了泵体径向不合理的变形对齿轮泵齿轮轴使用寿命的影响.

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of radical deformation on radical leakage, the static force analysis of the pump body and gear shift was carried out by using FEM, and the deformation under three typical temperatures was analyzed. Based on the FEM results, the influence of irrational radical deformation of pump body on the applicable life of gear axle was discussed.
