摘    要:在虚拟样机技术的基础上,对基于单轮修正控制策略的ABS性能进行了联合仿真研究.利用多体动力学软件建立了某轿车的十四自由度虚拟样机仿真模型;在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立ABS制动器及其基于单轮修正的控制模型;并将虚拟样机模型与ABS的控制模型相结合,构成研究ABS性能的联合仿真模型.在两种分离路面上通过比较几种不同控制策略下的仿真结果,说明了单轮修正控制策略使车辆能在兼顾其制动距离与制动时间的前提下,提高其直线制动工况下的方向稳定性.

Abstract:With the application of the virtual prototype technology, the ABS performance based on the revised single wheel control strategy of ABS was investigated. The virtual prototype model with 14 DOFs was built with the help of ADAMS platform. The brake system and the revised single wheel ABS control algorithm were developed by using the software MATLAB/Simulink. The co-simulation model was realized with the conjunction of the above models and the ABS performance was investigated. The simulation results of different control strategy on two different split roads were compared. The results show that revised single wheel control strategy can improve straight driving stability of vehicle while satisfies stopping distance and stopping time.
