| 摘 要： | 全自动点火引线插装机是用来插装双响鞭炮点火引线的一种机电一体化设备,通过对插装机的工艺过程分析,确定了系统的总体方案,研究并解决了插装机中上料机构、转位定位机构、扎眼机构、引线插入及剪断机械手等关键技术.设计了该机的气动及PLC控制系统.

| Abstract: | Automated igniter fuse inserting machine is a kind of mechatronic equipment used for inserting double-sound firecracker igniter fuse.Based on the analysis of the machining process,the overall structure of the system was presented,several key technologies such as charging mechanism,positioning mechanism,pinkpiston mechanism,fuse inserting and shearing manipulator was studied.The pneumatic and PLC control system were designed. |
