混沌振子在液压泵故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:分析了(Dufing)振子的混沌运动和间歇混沌动力。利用该振子与参考信号频差较小的周期小信号的敏感性,对白噪声及与参考信号频差较大的周期信号的免疫力,通过监测轴向柱塞泵壳体振动加速度信号,对柱塞泵松靴故障进行诊断,克服了传统的频谱分析和倒频谱分析诊断方法的缺陷,避免了伪警和漏报。

Abstract:The chaos and intermittent chaos motions of the Duffing oscillator are analyzed. The relaxed sliding shoe fault of the axial plunger pump has been diagnosed by use of the sensitivity of the oscillator to the small period signal having smaller frequency difference with the oscillator reference signal, and of the immunity of the oscillator against the white noise and the period signal having larger frequency difference with the oscillator reference signal, and through monitoring the shell vibration acceleration signal. The defects of the traditional spectrum analysis and cepstrum analysis approaches have been overcome. The pseudo-alarm and the missing alarm have been avoided.
