液压元件虚拟试验研究

摘    要:论述虚拟试验在液压原理教学和实验中的作用,介绍了液压元件虚拟仪器和虚拟试验的设计思想和方法,通过虚拟试验可直观体现液压元件的结构、原理及工作特性。利用LabVIEW7.1设计制作了先导型溢流阀开启特性的虚拟试验,其界面与实际仪器界面基本一致,具有较好试验效果,对大量开发虚拟试验软件具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The effect of virtual experiment in teaching and experiment of the principle of hydraulic pressure was discussed, the idea and method in design of virtual instrument and experiment of hydraulic pressure element was introduced. Virtual experiment can directly explain the structure, principle and working characteristic of hydraulic pressure element. An experiment about the property curve in unlock process of lead - first overflow valve was done based on the Labview 7.1, which is similar with the real instrument interface and processes the guidance significance for the design of virtual experiment software.
