煤矿机械液压系统滑模控制研究

摘    要:探讨滑模变结构控制在煤矿机械液压系统上的可行性。设计并计算了滑模控制器,通过仿真分析滑模变结构控制的控制性能,通过实验验证了滑模控制在煤机上的应用可行性。滑模变结构控制可以实现对煤机动作油缸的高精度控制,抖振小、超调量小,对参数的不确定性具有很好的鲁棒性,但对煤机油液纯净度和传感器质量提出了更高的要求。

Abstract:The feasibility of sliding mode variable structure control in coal mine mechanical hydraulic system was discussed. The sliding mode controller was designed and calculated, and the control performance of sliding mode variable structure control was analyzed by simulation. The application feasibility of sliding mode control in coal machine was verified by experiments. Sliding mode variable structure control can realize high-precision control of coal engine action cylinder, with small chattering and overshoot, and has good robustness to parameter uncertainty, but it puts forward higher requirements for coal engine oil purity and sensor quality.
