虚拟数控机床仿真系统的研究与实现

摘    要:基于虚拟现实技术的虚拟制造是实际制造在计算机上的本质体现。本文基于虚拟制造的先进制造思想,讨论了虚拟数控机床仿真系统的结构及系统各模块实现的关键技术,并利用Visual C++、Openlnventor为开发工具实现了虚拟数控机床仿真系统,该系统拥有虚拟装配、虚拟加工及刀具温度场的仿真等功能。以上海机床厂生产的CK6430数控机床为应用实例,验证了该仿真系统的正确性。最后提出了虚拟制造的发展方向。

Abstract:Virtual manufacturing(VM) based on virtual reality technology is an essential realization to practical manufacturing.The architecture of virtual number control machine tool system(VNCMTS) and the key technologies in this system were studied.Some software development kits,such as Visual C++ and OpenInventor, were used to realize the VNCMTS.This system affords some important simulation functions,including virtual assembling,virtual lathing and the simulation to the cutter's temperature field.The application instance of CK6430 produced by Shanghai machine tool factory was given.The developing direction of VM was put forward.
