非晶态合金薄带爆炸焊接界面传热分析

摘    要:通过对焊接界面进行传热分析,计算出急冷后融化层温度低于非晶合金材料的晶化温度,论证了采用爆炸焊接方法制备块体非晶合金可以使材料保持原有的非晶态.

Abstract:Though the analysis of heat conduction for welding interface, Concluding that the temperature of melting layer is lower than the one of crystal amorphous, Proving that block amorphous alloys produced by explosive welding can make the material keeps former amorphous.
