| Abstract: | Based on the recent development of the studies on the modification of palygorskite, the paper indicates the structure and composition of palygorskite. In the purification of palygorskite, the prejudgement for the difficulty and the selection of agitation methods for inorganic and organic dispersant as well as the related mechanism are introduced.; and During the activation of palygorskite, the effects and mechanisms of different kinds of acid activation and thermal activation, are analyzed. |
