植物秸秆隔爆性能研究

摘    要:植物秸秆是农作物的副产物。由植物秸秆为原料的减振材料制造工艺简单,生产效率高,综合成本低,减振缓冲性能好。通过爆炸实验对爆炸冲击波在植物秸秆材料前后压力分布进行了测试,并采用数值方法计算了冲击波与植物秸秆相互作用的过程,实验和数值计算结果都证明植物秸秆是良好的隔爆缓冲材料。

Abstract:Plant straw is crop outgrowth.The vibration-absorption material made of plant straw has simple manufacturing technique,high producing efficiency,cheap integrated cost and good vibration-absorption and blast-isolating capability.The pressure of the blasting shock wave in front and behind the plant straw is tested by blast experiment,and the interaction between shock wave and plant straw is calculated with the numerical method.The experimental results and the numerical calculation results show that plant straw is a good blast-isolating material.
