摘    要:针对经典微穿孔板理论模型假设板为刚性、忽略其自身材料性能对吸声特性影响、而计及该影响时模型精确度降低之问题,在计及板材料性能影响的微穿孔板等价多孔材料模型理论基础上,采用VA ONE软件的foam模块建立微穿孔板等价模型模拟其在扩散场中的吸声特性,并与经典理论模型仿真计算结果及混响室实验测试结果进行对比,该等价模型较经典模型更接近实际使用值,且该模型对复杂多层微穿孔板同样有效,均具较高的工程意义及应用价值。

Abstract:Classical model of micro-perforated panel assumes that the panel is rigid. As a result, the effect of properties of the panel is ignored. But the precision of the model will decrease if this effect must not be ignored. Equivalent model of micro-perforated panel is established to simulate the acoustical characterization in diffuse field by using the foam module of VA ONE software considering the effect of the properties of panel. The conclusion is drawn that the equivalent model of micro-perforated panel is much closer to the experimental results compared with classical model. This equivalent model can also be used for complex multilayer micro-perforated panel and is helpful for engineering application.
