滑动型三维隔震装置双向加载试验及力学性能相关性分析

摘    要:介绍一种滑动型三维隔震装置,提出考虑参数影响性的滞回模型,并给出装置承载变形相关性公式。对滑动型三维隔震模型装置进行双向加载试验,得到不同加载工况下装置的滞回性能,并与单向加载试验结果进行对比分析。试验结果表明:滑动型三维隔震装置实现了竖向与水平向性能的解耦,双向加载结果与单向加载结果接近,可实现良好的耗能效果。进一步探究装置摩擦因数及倾斜角度对竖向力学性能的影响,采用ABAQUS建立滑动型三维隔震装置有限元模型,分析不同角度及摩擦因数组合条件下装置的竖向力学性能变化趋势,并给出装置合理倾斜角度的设计范围公式,以期为滑动型三维隔震装置在实际工程中的设计及应用提供参考。

Abstract:A sliding type three-dimensional seismic isolator was introduced.A hysteretic model considering the influence of parameters was proposed,and a loading-deformation correlation formula was presented.Model isolators were tested under bidirectional loading,and the hysteretic properties under different loading conditions were obtained and compared with those by the uniaxial loading test.The results show that the sliding type isolator can make the vertical and horizontal properties decoupled,and the results of bidirectional loading are close to those of uniaxial loading,which can achieve good energy dissipation effect.To further explore the influences of friction coefficient and inclination angle of the isolator on its vertical mechanical properties,a finite element model of the sliding type 3D seismic isolator was established by ABAQUS.The vertical mechanical properties under different combinations of angle and friction coefficient were analyzed.The design range of reasonable inclination angle was given so as to provide a reference for the design and application of the sliding type 3D seismic isolator in practical engineering.
