轮胎温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:针对三维内热源的温度场问题,推导了温度场的有限元“刚度”及热载荷,并考虑到轮胎的结构复杂性,使用六节点五面体及八节点六面体单元,分析了子午线轮胎的温度场,并用红外热像系统进行了实验验证.结果表明,计算方法是可行的.

Abstract:In this paper, FE thermo-stiffness and thermo-load of temperature field are given for 3-D temperatuie problems with inner thermogenesis.Taking account of the complexity of tire structures both pentahedron ele-ment dnd hexahedron element are used to analyze the temperature field of a radial tire,and an infrared image device is used to measure the surface temperature of the tire. A comparison of the theoretical calculation with experiment;shows:that the calculation is satisfactory-
