碳/碳复合材料防护涂层的抗氧化行为研究

摘    要:对碳/碳复合材料MoSi2-SiC 复相陶瓷抗氧化涂层在1650℃以下温度的等温氧化动力学、以及涂层的结构与组成对抗氧化性能的影响进行了研究, 阐明了涂层的抗氧化过程及机理。通过对涂层的显微形貌、相组成及成分的观察与分析, 进一步提出了合理的涂层结构。结果表明, 碳/碳复合材料MMoSi2-SiC 复相陶瓷涂层的抗氧化性能取决于氧在涂层中的扩散过程。

Abstract:The microstructure and phase component of oxidation resistant MoSi2-SiC multilayer ceramic coating were observed and analyzed. The oxidation behaviour of the coated carbon/carbon composites was studied at various temperatures below 1650℃,and the activation energy of oxidation in each temperature interval was determined simultaneously. The relationship between oxidation behaviour, microstructure and component, and also, the mechanism of oxidation and the concept of the integrity of coating layer are explained from the theory of mass transportation. This analytical procedure offers a reasonable microstructure and component of the coating. The above results showed that the MoSi2-SiC ceramic coating for carbon/carbon composites has high oxidation resistance at temperature up to 1650℃.
