巧解喷墨打印机耗材的防水之谜

为了用喷墨打印机打印出能防水的彩色照片，分别用普通水溶性和油溶性墨、普通照片级打印纸和防水打印纸打印同样的照片．进行平行的对比试验。结果证明，不管是水溶性墨或者油溶性墨，打印在不防水的普通照相级打印纸上，都不能防水，必需用塑料薄膜作过塑处理后才能防水；而打印在防水打印纸上的图像，不管用水溶性或油溶性墨，都能防水。本文介绍详细的试验过程和结果。

A Study on the Waterproof Property of Inkjet Printing Consuming Materials

Aimed at making waterproof color photographs by using inkjet printers,a series of parallel tests were done on inkjet printing consuming materials,i.e, water soluble ink and oil soluble ink, normal non-waterproof photographic grade printing paper and specially made waterproof printing paper.Results showed that normal printing paper could not yield waterproof photographs ,no matter which type of ink has been used,the plastic layer overcoating was thus necessary,whereas waterproof printing paper can give waterproof photographs with both types of ink.This paper presents in detail the test method and results.
