摘    要:针对目前钢丝绳缺陷检测技术的局限性,以及存在的漏检、误检等情况,本文提出了一种新颖的检测方法-基于X射线数字成像技术的钢丝绳检测系统,并介绍了X射线数字成像技术、系统的结构以及工作原理,经初步论证,有较高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Aimed to overcome the limitation of the present technology for detecting the defects of steel wire rope, often yielding missing detection and faulty detection, a new detection method which is a system used to detect steel wire rope based on X-ray digital imaging technology is put forward in this paper. Besides, the X-ray digital imaging technology, the structure and the principle of the system are introduced. It has been proved that this method has highly practical value and wide application prospects.
