| Abstract: | A review was given on the application and progression in the thermal spray technology for the protection of boiler tubes including water-cooling wall tube,heat-infusing unit tube,reheating unit tube,and coal-saving unit tube.The progress in the study of metal coating,cermet composite coating,Fe-Al based multilayer coating,and Al-based coating applicable to the protection of the boiler tubes,and of the preparation method for the thermal sprayed coatings was highlighted. |
