Ni-Al2O3 镶嵌镀工艺及镀层性能研究

摘    要:介绍了Ni-Al2O3耐磨复合镀层的制备工艺,讨论了工艺参数对镀层质量的影响。结果表明,镀层中Ni-Al2O3的复合量随电流密度增加、电镀时间的延长和镀液温度的升高而升高,镀层的硬度、耐磨性也随之升高,复合量为70%Al2O3时的镀层耐磨性优于镀纯铁层;此外,镀层具有高的耐蚀性。

Abstract:The preparation of electroplating Ni-Al-2O-3 composite coating with wear resistance was introduced, and the effects of technology parameters on the coating were discussed. Experimental results showed that the composite amount of Ni-Al-2O-3 in the coating increased with the raising of current density and electroplating time and bath temperature, so did the hardness and wear resistance. When containing 70% Al-2O-3 in the coating, wear resistance had advantage over pure iron coating, besides composite coating had high corrosion resistance.
