硫酸盐体系电沉积光亮Zn-Fe合金添加剂的研究

摘    要:运用hull槽试验,小槽电镀试验和电化学循环伏安等技术,研究了镀液组成,添加剂和工艺条件等对镀层质量及其耐蚀性的影响。开发了一种在弱酸性硫酸盐体系中获得含铁量约为0.5%的光亮Zn-Fe合金的电镀技术,讨论了添加剂中各组成的作用。结果表明,该添加剂具有高光亮度,高耐盐性和高浊点等3大优点,可使锌铁合金镀层结晶细致,耐蚀性增强。

Abstract:The effect of combination additives, technological conditions and bath compositions on the properties and corrosion resistance of Zn\|Fe alloy plating was investigated by using Hull cell and cyclic voltammetry methods. Optimum conditions for brighten Zn\|Fe alloy coating with about 0.5% Fe were obtained in subacid sulfate solution and the effect of additives were studied. Results showed that the corrosion\|resistance and brightness of Zn\|Fe alloy plating were much better than those of Zn plating, and the crystal of alloy plating with additives was more fine and anticorrosion.
