摘 要: | 研究了有机物催化热解法中硫生长促进剂对单壁纳米碳管生成的影响,结果表明,含硫生长促进剂能促进单壁纳米碳管的生成,提高产率,并改变其直径数值的分布;促进剂的添加量大,纳米碳管的直径也大。

Abstract: | The effect of sulfur containing growth promoter on the yield and diam eter distribution of single walled carbon nanotubes ( S W N Ts) by the catalytic deco mposition hydrocarbons was investigated . It wasfound that the addition of growth promoter not only can prom ote the growth of S W N Ts ,but also can changethe diameter distribution of S W N Ts . The average diam eter of S W N Tis 1 .69nm for 0 .5 % content of promot er ,the diameteris 2 .27nm for 5 % content of prom oter . The diameters of S W N Ts with higher am ount of pro moter were larger . A narrow diameter distribution of S W N T m aybe obtained by controlling the percent ofpromoter . |
