摘    要:采用基于耗氧原理的燃烧热释放速率测量方法和锥型量热计系统。在不同的外加辐射热作用下测量了PMMA和松木两种典型固体可燃物的热释放速率,分析了PMMA与松木燃烧过程以及外加辐射热对固体可燃物热释放速率的影响,发现固体可燃物的燃烧放热过程与它们本身的结构特性密切相关,外加辐射热对固体可燃物的热释放速率有很大的影响。

Abstract:In a given confined space, temperature, heat fluxes, and toxic gases emitted by materials involved in the fire can be directly correlated to the HRR of a real fire. HRR affects the progress of the combustion directly and shows the performance of the fire. HRR of typical combustibles, such as PMMA and pine, were measured by using the Cone Calorimeter under fire exposure radiation conditions. The results show that combustion state of solids is closely related with their construction and characteristics: the heat release rate curve of pine has two obvious peak value, but the heat release rate of PMMA increases stably and behaves like liquid. Exposure radiation has very big influence on combustion and heat release rate of solid.
