切缝药包爆破裂纹扩展机理研究

摘    要:基于爆炸力学、断裂力学理论,对切缝药包爆破中的切缝的产生及裂纹起裂、扩展进行了研究。通过实验室模型试验研究切缝外壳参数、不耦合系数对裂纹定向扩展的影响,现场初步试验验证了爆破参数设计的合理性。最后提出了该技术在工程实践中仍存在的问题。

Abstract:Basing on explosion mechanics and fracture mechanics,a certain analysis was carried out on crackle split, crackle extending, and the cutting seam produced from the explosion of cutting seam cartridge. The influences of the parameter of cutting seam cowl and the decoupling coefficient to oriented crackle extending were researched by testing the laboratory model experiment. Primary test on site validated the rationality of designed blasting parameter. However, the paper also pointed out the problems of this technology in engineering application.
