摘    要:首先 ,简要介绍了对现有预裂爆破技术的类型及其特点 ;其次 ,根据马赫反射原理 ,阐述了用高爆速炸药起爆低爆速炸药可增强低爆速炸药的爆压 ;然后概述了以 2号岩石炸药为主装药的线型聚能切割器的设计参数及切割试验。试验结果表明 ,所研制的线型切割器虽然采用了低爆速的工业炸药作为主装药 ,但其切割能力却和高能炸药的切割效果相当 ,同时还降低了炸药成本 ,提高了安全性

Abstract:Firstly,the types and features of existing pre-split blasting are briefly introduced.Secondly,it is expatiated based on the principle of Mach reflection that use of a high-velocity explosive for initiation of a low-velocity explosive can enhance the detonation pressure of the low-velocity explosive.Then,designed parameters of the linear shaped charge with Rock explosive No2 as master explosive and cutting experiments are outlined.The experimental results indicate that the developed linear shaped charge with an industrial explosive as master explosive has same cutting effect as the linear shaped charge with a high-energy explosive,and has lower explosive cost and improved safety.
