复杂环境下氧化铝储槽定向爆破拆除

摘    要:在较为复杂的环境下,爆破拆除钢筋混凝土氧化铝储槽。该储槽自重大、呈圆形,内有4根立柱支撑下料漏斗。为使储槽顺利定向倒塌,通过爆破方案选择、参数确定,采取梯形切口和预处理以及安全防护和减振措施,使储槽爆破拆除获圆满成功。

THEORETIC ANALYSIS ON TEMPERATURE ASCENDING OF EXPLOSIVE WELDING INTERFACE
Abstract:The temperature of the explosive welding interface affects welding quality directly in the process of explosive welding,so it is an important aspect of theoretic study on the explosive welding.Based on factors that cause the temperature ascending of the explosive welding interface were analyzed theoretically,the conclusion was drew that the temperature rising of the explosive welding interface also included adiabatic compression of gas besides shock temperature and abnormality deforming energy between the basic plate and fly plate.The shock temperature between the basic plate and fly plate could be calculated by Hugoniot equation and free-electron gas model,Johnson-Cook's thermal visco-plasticity constitutive equation was used to calculate the temperature rising caused by the abnormality deforming energy,and the temperature rising caused by adiabatic compression of gas could be deduced by gas equation of state.
