| Abstract: | Based on the definition of organization and coordination.the specific characteristics of blasting engineering and the risk of safe supervision were analyzed.The basic principles,processes,specific methods and techniques of organization and coordination were discussed by theory of organizational behavior and views of project management.How supervision engineers use effective measures of organization and coordination to develop blasting safety supervision was analyzed,which provide reference for the workers who are engaged in blasting safety supervision. |
