Application of the technology of prevention and control to explosion on the programming and evaluation in police affairs on blasting engineering

Its brief purpose is to prevent or contain explosion-related accidents effectively and maintain social public safety. Based on a real blasting project in complex surroundings, the technical policeman launched the work of the technology of prevention and control to explosion. He checked the parameters in the technical scheme designed by the engineers of blasting unit. He also verified the buildings and important facilities that need to be protected around the blasting area. He measured the actual distance between the protection target and the blasting area accurately. And he analyzed the unsafe factors that would affect the implementation of the blasting project. After confirming that the parameters meet with the safety requirements, he give the suggestions for permission of blasting project. The key points and method of programming and evaluation in police affairs on blasting engineering is through the technical policeman should do this work on site to verify whether the harmful effects of blasting can be controlled,and can it be ensured safety of peripheral protection target in blasting construction.
