全自动高锰酸盐指数分析仪在水环境监测中的应用

摘    要:该文系统研究全自动高锰酸盐指数分析仪的方法性能和测定影响因素,当水样体积为100 mL时,方法检出限为0.2 mg/L,标准样品的相对标准偏差在0.59%~1.9%范围内,实际水样的相对标准偏差为0.58%~7.9%。在大量典型标准样品和实际水样的监测分析中,与手工方法测定结果完全可比。全自动高锰酸盐指数分析仪打破传统意义的数据质量回溯,通过控制分析检测过程中各环节的高度一致性,结合完整的原始数据记录,将分析过程中各影响因子(消解温度、滴定温度、滴定过程信号值)、关键过程数据(终点体积)备份到数据库,同时因其具备实时滴定视频录制系统,质量控制措施更加完善,在环境监测领域具备广阔的应用前景。

Application of automatic permanganate index analyzer in water environment monitoring

Abstract:The method performance and influencing factors of automatic permanganate index analyzer were systematically studied in this paper.When the volume of water sample was 100 mL,the method detection limit was 0.2 mg/L,the relative standard deviation of standard samples was 0.59%-1.9%,and the relative standard deviation of actual water samples was 0.58%-7.9%.In the monitoring analysis of a large number of typical standard samples and actual water samples,the results are completely comparable with the results by manual method.The quality control of automatic permanganate index analyzer is different from the traditional data quality backtracking.By controlling the high consistency of each link in the analysis process,combined with the complete original data record,the influence factors(digestion temperature,titration temperature,titration process signal value)and key process data(end volume)in the analysis process are backed up to the database.At the same time,because of its real-time titration video recording system,the quality control measures are more perfect,and it has broad application prospects in the field of environmental monitoring.
