摘    要:目的:提升蛋黄卵磷脂有关物质的检测方法。方法:采用高效液相法,色谱柱:Grace Alltima Silica(4.6mm*250mm*5μm)色谱柱;流动相:以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(85∶15∶0.45∶0.05)为流动相A,以正己烷-异丙醇-流动相A(20:48:32)为流动相B,梯度洗脱;检测器为蒸发光检测器(气体流速:2.5ml/min,增益:16,漂移管温度:50℃);流速:1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温:40℃。结果:蛋黄卵磷脂各杂质之间均达到良好分离;溶液稳定性良好;各杂质加样回收率良好。结论:该法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,适用于蛋黄卵磷脂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:Improve the detection method of related substances in egg yolk lecithin.Method:The HPLC was carried out on a Grace Alltima Silica(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with a flow rate of 1.0 ·min^-1 at column temperature 40℃with evaporative light scattering detector;The mobile phase consisted of Methanol:water:acetic acid:three triethylamine(85∶15∶0.45∶0.05)as the mobile phase A and hexane :isopropanol :mobile phase A(20:48:32)as the mobile phase B,Gradient elution was used;The gas flow was 2.5ml/min,gain was 16,the temperature of evaporative pipe was 50℃;Results:The of egg yolk lecithin were well separated;The stability of solution was good;The average recoveries of all impurities was good.Conclusion:It is an accurate,simple,rapid,qualitative method for the determination of related substances in egg yolk lecithin.
