预拉力设计值对抗滑移系数试验的影响

摘    要:采用不同的预拉力值进行抗滑移系数试验,在测得滑移载荷值后,进行了抗滑移系数的计算。通过数据比较可以得出:采用高强度螺栓材料本身的实际抗拉强度计算得出预拉力值,可以避免采用不同标准规定值导致预拉力各异的问题,并在一定程度上充分发掘了螺栓材料的最佳性能,从而提高了抗滑移系数试验的合格率。

Abstract:After the sliding load has been tested by using different pretension value on anti-sliding coefficient test, the anti-sliding coefficient can be calculated. By tensile test of high strength bolt, the actual tensile strength will be tested. Then the pretension value will be calculated. It can be solved about the problems of using different standard values. To a certain extent, the best bolt material performance could be excavated and the anti sliding coefficient test pass rate would be improved.
