摘    要:在实际生产中,采用传统的浸蚀方法无法直接检验出交货状态材料的实际晶粒度。为此通过试验得到了不同热处理状态GCr15钢晶粒度显示所需的最佳浸蚀条件,证明了可以通过优化的浸蚀方法显示出原奥氏体晶界,从而确定退火、热轧状态GCr15钢的实际晶粒度。

Abstract:In actual production,the actual grain size of materials in delivery state can not be directly inspected by traditional erosion methods.For the reason,the optimum erosion conditions for GCr15 steel in different heat treatment states were obtained through experiments.It is proved that the original austenite grain boundary can be displayed by optimum erosion method,thus the actual grain size of GCr15 steel in annealing and hot rolling states can be determined.
