摘    要: 利用键合图建模与仿真方法,建立了某船舶操舵系统负载模拟器与操舵系统联动的扩展键合图模型.针对多余力严重影响施力系统动态加载性能的特点,提出了基于CMAC神经网络的复合控制来提高施力系统的动态加载性能,并给出了具体的控制结构和算法.通过对系统的动态仿真表明,该方法对改善电液负载模拟器的动态加载性能具有明显效果.

Abstract:How to eliminate the superfluous force of a loading system is one of the key problems to design a load simulator. In order to analyze the load simulator, using the bond graph modeling and simulation method, the expanded bond graph model of the load simulator combined with a ship steering electrohydraulic position servo system was established. And then, a hybrid control based on CMAC neural network was proposed. The performances of the proposed controller were evaluated through simulations. The simulation results show that the proposed controller can effectively eliminate the superfluous force and fairly improve the dynamic loading performances of the electrohydraulic load simulator than that of conventional constant PID controller with the compensation network based on the structure invariance principle.
