煤矿斜井双模式盾构刀盘的受力特性研究

摘    要:刀盘是盾构机的关键部件,为保证煤矿斜井双模式盾构的顺利行进,需对刀盘的强度和刚度进行研究.以新街煤矿斜井工程为例,分析双模式盾构刀盘不同模式时在多工况下的受力特性,给出了刀盘载荷计算方法和公式,基于双模式盾构的刀盘结构特点建立简化模型,采用ANSYS软件分析,得出了双模式盾构刀盘不同模式时在多工况下的应力应变分布规律.研究结果表明:最大变形出现在土压平衡盾构(earth pressure balance,EPB)模式偏载堵转工况中,其值为3.821mm,最大应力出现在硬岩隧道掘进(tunnel boring machine,TBM)模式偏载堵转工况中,其值为284 MPa,多种工况最大应力值出现位置均位于牛腿与法兰盘连接处或牛腿与刀盘连接处.根据研究结果可知新街煤矿斜井双模式盾构刀盘设计合理,并针对应力集中部位提出了优化建议.

Abstract:Cutter head is the key component of shield machine,in order to ensure the smooth run-ning of dual-mode shield machine used for colliery inclined shaft engineer,it is necessary to study the strength and stiffness of cutter head.The loading calculation methods and equations were ob-tained by analyzing the mechanical characteristics of dual-mode shield cutter head in multiple con-ditions on basis of the study on the geological features of Xinj ie colliery inclined shaft.According to the structure feature of dual-mode shield cutter head,simplified models were established.Then the regularities of distribution of stress and strain under different conditions were obtained by u-sing ANSYS.Consequently,the results showed that:the maximum deformation was 3.821 mm appeared in EBP plug and turn condition,the maximum stress was 284 MPa appeared in TBM plug and turn condition.Furthermore,the maximum stress under multiple conditions was located in the connection of bracket and flange plate or the connection of bracket and cutter head.Ac-cording to the results,the design of cutter head is reasonable,furthermore some improvement measures are came up with in terms of the weak parts.
